Chef Ivan has been part of 11 restaurant openings across eight countries, including Peru, Mexico, Indonesia, Malaysia, the UAE, Turkey, Belize, and India.

With over two decades devoted to the culinary arts, Chef Nhật Anh brings a quiet confidence shaped by discipline, patience, and an instinctive connection to food. A Culinary Arts graduate in 2004, she discovered along the way that the kitchen was not merely a profession, but a calling that gradually chose her.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City since 2010, Chef Nhật Anh has grown through every stage of the craft and today leads JW Café at JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon as Chef de Cuisine. Her style reflects a thoughtful balance of European techniques infused with Asian and Vietnamese sensibilities, guided by a belief that cuisine is not only about flavor, but about care, responsibility, and the emotion carried in every dish.

Growing up in a family of gifted cooks, Chef Khan was destined for the kitchen. His culinary journey began early, mentored by his grandfather, who nurtured his curiosity for flavors and techniques. After mastering the foundations at home and building his career in India's top restaurants, he set out to explore the rich and vibrant cuisines of Africa. Two transformative years later, enriched with new skills and inspirations, he continued his journey to Vietnam - bringing with him a world of culinary experience.

Chef Boss began his pastry career at JW Marriott Bangkok in 2013 and went on to refine his craft in Qatar and Dubai before returning to Thailand, where he became Executive Pastry Chef at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse in 2023. With international experience and a degree in Home Economics from Suan Dusit University, he brings creativity and global perspective to our team, often drawing inspiration from his love of cooking and exploring cafés and hotels.
